Hi!
How does the renewals really work

We estimate to buy 32 pro licenses every month, so month 13 we will have 384 licenses. Only 32 is 12 month old but as I read the renewal we must then renew all 384 month 13 to get ongoing updates. Is this really correct?

Each license has its own renewal period (Standard and Pro licenses include 1 year of free updates period). After that 1 year is over, you can use license without updating in the last available version of Xeoma forever or purchase renewal for 1 or 3 year. You can e.g. use Xeoma license for 1 year and when renewal period is over, you can use it for 1 (2, 3 etc.) years without updating, and when you need to update, you can purchase e.g. Xeoma renewal for 1 year and you will have 1 year of renewal period after activating that renewal.

You need to renew each license that has expired renewal period. You can purchase 1 renewal for 128 (256, 512 etc.) cameras or renewal for each 32 cams license: http://felenasoft.com/xeoma/en/buy/#renewal, it depends on servers that you use. If you use 1 server, then you can purchase 1 renewal for all licenses (e.g. 256+128 cams).
