Windows Client issue

Hi all

Just recently my Xeoma client in windows has started to play up. Basically the images of the cameras freeze with only one camera active. The client on android is working fine and the server is still running. If i remote to the server (on another PC on my network the cameras are working fine and the live is updated, it is just the Xeoma client locally that is freezing.

Suggestions? Both the client and server are hardwired to the network and as i say using remote desktop the cameras stream fine.

I have removed and reinstalled the client and it made no difference.

Hello! What OS do you have on the server? What kind of Windows do you have on the client (XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10)? Which versions of Xeoma are you using on all these devices? When the image freezes, can you still navigate through Xeoma (e.g. click Main menu) or does the whole program freeze?
Try running Xeoma's client on Windows via command line with this command: -softrender
Does it make any difference?

windows 10 on server.

windows 10 client

17.11.24. i have tried both the 64bit and 32 client an neither works better.

i can still navigate the software fine, just the cameras freeze up (all but one). resource usage is <1% CPU and 3 mbps network (the single functional steam)

to add to this the single stream also runs slow, so after ~10 mins the stream "live image" is about 2 minutes behind real time and i need to restart client to get it to catch up

running from command line with -softrender does not change the behavior. but it does increase CPU use to over 15% but the cameras are still frozen.

dear gods you support is shocking.... one responce to this thread, zero response to my email to support..... new software incoming at this rate.
