SV3C Camera Delay

I have 3 cameras connected to my standard xeoma system.

They all show video, but 2 of the cameras have a delay of about 5 seconds from when something happens and I see it in the xeoma screen. The SV3C camera I just bought has about a 20 second delay.

Can someone explain this to me and is there any way to fix it?

Buffer is the default in camera registration.
Please uncheck buffered.
If WiFi is another factor.
WiFi is the goddess of delay.
