Send where? To FTP, email, other?

Archive is meant to be viewed through the program's built-in viewer. In that respect its format doesn't matter.

There is way too little information for us to tell what is wrong exactly.

What version of Xeoma is that?
What OS do you use it on?
What modules do you have (in this very chain)? What are the settings of the destination module (where pics are sent)?
Do you get a normal picture in real-time view in Xeoma?

As far as I can see you only get a fragment of a jpeg-picture while the rest of a picture gets lost somewhere.

One possible reason for this may be slow/intermittent Internet connection (loss of connection, high ping rate and so on).

The module itself works fine - we've just re-tested it. So what we'd recommend to do it to try to send mails to another mail server (like gmail, yahoo, etc.). Does it work then?

typo sent alert message to yahoo mail account same problem

set up motion alert email capability on camera.. emails came through with clear pictures

so the only thing that can't send pictures is your program

I have also tried with using wmv as attachments... the product is garbled

I know you say your program works fine in the lab but its attachments capability is not working for me even though I can get good quality images emailed to me by the camera (FOSCAM)

and I can do the same with Security Spy (a mac os x program) I was looking for a windows solution so I could shift band width to the business site

the only part that seems to have a problem is with your program

Perhaps you are using pre-record option in motion detector. If so, we suggest you to try to switch it off. Does it get any better then?

Actually, this is kind of strange. Hope we can dig up what the root of the problem is.

If there were problems with connection, the video would simply be cropped, so that's not it. Could you post here the garbled video sample?

Ok, we got it.

So is it Mac or is it Windows PC? I thought you said you tested Xeoma on Windows 7 PC?
