Hikvision ptz not working with Xeoma 19.11.26

Hi,
I have 3 Hikvision DS-2DE3304W-DE that are PTZ. All 3 worked fine under the Xeoma 19.4.22 I have upgraded to Xeoma version 19.11.26 and though the cameras are detected and functional, the PTZ feature of all 3 no longer works. I have tried different streams as well as different types of PTZ detection under other names to no avail. if I go back to 19.4.22 the PTZ features all come back on automatically. What am I doing wrong? Thanks-

1. Full screenshot of 'Universal camera' module's settings in 19.11.26 version
2. Full screenshot of 'Universal camera' module's settings in 19.4.22 version

When you try PTZ in 19.4.22 version with PTZ controls, it works fine, and in 19.11.26 PTZ controls in Xeoma do not appear, right?
