New version of KnownCalls call blocker: White and Blacklist

Please welcome a new, revolutionary version of KnownCalls, the No-Ads Calls Blocker.

The new version introduces

+ Call Log to check what calls got through / were blocked and why (you can also remove call entries from this list);
+ Whitelist function to let calls from whitelisted numbers go through even if they are not in Contacts/Favorites or if the 'Screen is on' mode is enabled;
+ Blacklist function to block calls from blacklisted numbers even if they are in Contacts/Favorites;
+ Work state: green Active/gray Inactive status to help you understand if the app is working (plus the reason why it's not working);
+ A button in Information tab to rate our app in Google Play.
