What is the status on version 25.1.30

I installed it last week on a server, and my desktop client.
It messed just about everything up on the server, and I had to start from scratch and reinstall everything.
Now that I have everything set back up, I had a co-worker go install the latest so we would be the same.
But, now it appears that 25.1.30 is back to being a beta versions, and not the preferred release.

Can you please clarify where things stand or what might be going on?
