How can relocate the archive to an external HD ?

Xeoma surveillance sw is installed on the pc HD and the video archive is on the same HD.

To allow a longer retention period, I would like to relocate the archive directory to an external HD.

I'm not sure about the steps required:
o move archive directory to external HD
o adjust archive location on the archive setup page

Is this correct and all to do ?

Sorry for the late reply.

In fact, Xeoma can relocate your archive files independently, you just need to specify the new path, and Xeoma will move your archive to the new folder.
But keep in mind that if you have a very big archive, it will take some time to relocate it.
