raspberry camera module resolution

Hello,
today I noticed I can't change the resolution of my pi camera module. It is stuck at 2592x1944@90fps (for Xeoma), which is actually 1fps, still mode.
I tried to change the sensor mode through v4l-ctl but once I restart Xeoma it changes back the setting.
Does anyone have the same issue ?
