PTZ Tracking Issues

I am having trouble getting the PTZ Tracking to work well with motion detection. It starts to track when motion is detected, but seems to pick up the background changing as motion and starts randomly moving around. I have tried several different settings on Xeoma as well within the camera itself, but with little success. I have changed sensitivity settings, object size settings, etc. It will either initiate and randomly move or not work at all. I tried setting up the tracking with face detection and it works pretty good, but would like it to track all objects. Is there something that I am doing wrong? Anything that I can try that I have not thought of?

Hello! Which detection method do you have selected? What is the reaction speed to moving objects? We'd be able to analyze the issue more thoroughly, if you could send us an interval from the archive with the camera first stationary, and then moving at support@felenasoft.com.

I have tried both detection methods, but I read somewhere that it should be set to "Compare adjacent frames (frame differences)". I have tried everywhere from "very low" to "high" on the reaction speed to moving objects. I sent the interval via e-mail. Thanks
