What is this. redirect loop

Hi!
What is this? When I try to login as user I get this in the address field and it say the redirect is wrong. To me it seems that it is caught in a loop.

The redirect field in the user parameters is empty, also in the global config

As we can see, there’s redirect configured in your cloud.config file:

># Web server address or domain name (will be used in URL example)
>WebServerAddress=surveil.host-thirty.com
># IP address/domain name of main Cloud Web server for client redirection (if client not found on current server)
>MainCloudWebInterfaceIpAddress=surveil.host-thirty.com

There’s no need to use 2nd parameter (MainCloudWebInterfaceIpAddress=surveil.host-thirty.com). But if you still need redirect, you need to use different addresses in these fields, then it’ll be working fine.
